FORMACIÓN
Doctor en derecho por el Instituto Universitario Europeo de Florencia (1997-2001), LL.M. por el Colegio
de Europa de Brujas (1995-1996) y licenciado en derecho por la Universidad San Pablo CEU (1990-1995;
título de la Universidad Complutense).
EXPERIENCIA LABORAL
Desde marzo de 2009, miembro del Servicio Jurídico de la Comisión Europea. Profesor invitado de
Sciences Po (París), de la Universidad San Pablo CEU y del Centro de Estudios Políticos y
Constitucionales.
Ha sido profesor asociado en la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2008-2009), investigador GarcíaPelayo en el Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (2007-2009), Marie Marie Curie Fellow en
el Robert Schuman Centre, IUE (2005-2006), letrado del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (20002004), asistente de investigación en el IUE (1998-2000) y abogado con Uría & Menéndez (1996-1997)
