the PrimeSet LED display modules and LED power driver.
The guide contains important information and notes regarding the
installation and operation.

Warnings
•The installation guide does not supersede local and (inter)national
regulations for electrical installations.
•The Philips PrimeSet LED display module and LED power driver
must be installed by a professional electrician in accordance with
the applicable and appropriate electrical codes and the instructions
provided by Philips.
•The Philips PrimeSet LED display module is designed to be
connected to a circuit from a class 2, SELV power source with energy
limited supply. Connection to mains voltage will damage the
module.
•Suitable for damp locations.
•For cabinet use only.
•CAUTION – To reduce the risk of fire, do not install in a compartment
smaller than 3 in (72.2 mm) wide by 1.5 in (38.1 mm) deep by the
length of the luminaire.
•To allow for variance in the installation, it is not recommended to
load the power driver beyond 80% of it’s rated maximum power.
The energy consumption of the module is a nominal value, with an
estimation of 10% deviation.
•Before installation, maintenance or cleaning, always first switch off
or disconnect the power and follow appropriate safety procedures.
•Do not make sharp bends with electrical wires.
•Please note that the colors of the wires of different type of freezer(s)
may differ. The position of the (original) ballast may also differ.
•To prevent unwanted tripping caused by the inrush current of the
LED power driver, an MCB (mini circuit breaker) / fuse (slow blow) of
at least 6 A must be installed. If upgrading the MCB/ fuse, consult a
qualified engineer first to ensure that this will not cause any
additional problems.
•Do not install the mounting profile within 3 mm of current-carrying
connections.
•The wires shall be properly shielded from accidental touch.
•T ambient -30 to 30 °C.

Vorschriften für Elektroinstallationen.
• Das Philips PrimeSet LED-Display-Modul und der LED-Leistungstreiber
müssen von einem qualifizierten Elektriker entsprechend den
geltenden und zutreffenden elektrischen Vorschriften und den von
Philips vorgegebenen Anweisungen installiert werden.
• Das Philips PrimeSet LED-Display-Modul ist für den Anschluss an den
Schaltkreis einer SELV-Stromquelle der Klasse II mit begrenzter
Energiezuführung vorgesehen. Durch den Anschluss an die
Netzspannung wird das Modul beschädigt.
• Geeignet für feuchte Umgebungen.
• Nur für Schränke vorgesehen.
• ACHTUNG - Um die Brandgefahr zu verringern, sollte das Modul nicht in
einem Abteil installiert werden, dessen Abmessungen kleiner sind als:
72,2 mm (3 Zoll) breit x 38,1 mm (1,5 Zoll) tief x Länge der Leuchte.
• Um Veränderungen der Installationsbedingungen zu berücksichtigen,
sollte der Leistungstreiber mit weniger als 80% seiner maximalen
Nennkapazität belastet werden. Der Stromverbrauch des Moduls ist ein
nominaler Wert mit einer geschätzten Abweichung von 10%.
• Schalten Sie das Modul immer aus oder trennen Sie es von der

(MCB) mit träger Sicherung für mindestens 6 A installiert werden. Ziehen
Sie beim Nachrüsten des Mini-Leistungsschalters / der Sicherung einen
qualifizierten Techniker zu Rate, um sicherzustellen, dass hierdurch
keine weiteren Probleme entstehen.
• Halten Sie beim Installieren des Montageprofils einen Abstand von
mindestens 3 mm zu stromführenden Verbindungen ein.
• Die Drähte müssen ordnungsgemäß gegen zufällige Berührung
abgeschirmt werden.

Cleaning
Use a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Do not wipe the module
with a dirty or very wet dishcloth or towel because these may leave
residues that can damage the module.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach or cleaners
containing bleach because these products can scratch and damage the
module.

Reinigung
Benutzen Sie ein feuchtes Tuch und ein mildes Reinigungsmittel. Wischen
Sie das Modul nicht mit einem verschmutzten oder sehr nassen Tuch oder
Handtuch ab, weil hierdurch eventuell Rückstände zurückbleiben, die das
Modul beschädigen können.
Benutzen Sie keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, Scheuerschwämme,
Bleichmittel oder Reinigungsmittel, die Bleichmittel enthalten - diese

•Para evitar desconexiones por la corriente de entrada del
alimentador LED, deberá instalarse un magnetotérmico (MCB) o
fusible (acción lenta) de 6 A como mínimo. Si reemplaza el magneto
o fusible, consulte antes a un técnico cualificado para asegurarse de
que no se van a ocasionar problemas adicionales.
•No instale el perfil de montaje a menos de 3 mm de las conexiones
portadoras de corriente.
•Los hilos se apantallarán debidamente en previsión de contactos
accidentales.
•T ambiente: -30 °C a +30 °C.

retardée) d’au moins 6 A. Si vous prévoyez d’augmenter la puissance
du mini-disjoncteur / fusible, consultez au préalable un technicien
qualifié pour avoir l’assurance que cela ne risque pas d’être source
de problème.
•Ne installez pas le profil de montage dans les 3 mm de connexions

Limpieza
Utilice un paño húmedo y un producto de limpieza suave. No frote el
módulo con una bayeta o toalla sucias o excesivamente húmedas ya
que pueden dejar residuos y dañar el módulo.
No utilice agentes abrasivos, estropajos, lejía ni productos que
contengan lejía, ya que podrían rayar o dañar el módulo.
Nettoyage
Utilisez un chiffon humide et un produit de nettoyage doux. N’essuyez
pas le module avec un torchon ou une serviette très sales ou trop
humides car ils pourraient laisser des résidus susceptibles
d’endommager le module.
N’utilisez pas de produits d’entretien abrasifs, de tampons à récurer,
d’eau de Javel ou de produits contenant de l’eau de Javel, car de tels
produits peuvent rayer et endommager le module.

A. Prima di sostituire il mini interruttore di circuito / fusibile con uno
più potente, consultare un tecnico qualificato per assicurarsi che ciò

elektrotechnicus om vooraf te verzekeren dat deze geen andere
problemen zal veroorzaken.

• De draden moeten deugdelijk worden afgeschermd tegen per
ongeluk aanraken.

Pulizia
Utilizzare un panno umido e un detergente non aggressivo. Non
strofinare il modulo con un panno da cucina o un asciugamani sporco
o molto bagnato poiché potrebbe lasciare residui potenzialmente
dannosi per il modulo.
Non utilizzare detergenti abrasivi, tamponi per pulizia metallici,
candeggina o detergenti a base di candeggina poiché questi prodotti
possono graffiare e danneggiare il modulo.

Reinigen
Gebruik een vochtige doek en een mild schoonmaakmiddel. Veeg de
