Bases y condiciones del concurso de clientes SH Singular
Hotels 2015.
1. Pueden participar personas de cualquier nacionalidad y territorio mayores de 18 años. Podrán participar también los menores de edad con una autorización firmada por los padres o tutores que será enviada junto a las obras. No podrá participar ningún trabajador de SH HOTELES. 2. El período de envío de las fotos y votaciones de “Me gusta” comienza el 1 de julio de 2015 a las 12:00h y finalizará el 30 de septiembre de 2015 a las 12:00h. Las fotografías se añadirán en el álbum “Singular Places for Singular People Contest” en www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels . 3. Cada autor podrá participar con un máximo de dos obras en formato JPEG. Se recomienda una resolución mínima de 300 pp (2362x1772 píxeles). Si es necesario, también podrán ser enviadas en archivos comprimidos (formato zip o rar). El tamaño máximo de archivo aceptado será de 5 MB. 4. En las fotos debe aparecer el logo de SH Hoteles, ya sea pintado, fotocopiado, impreso, como fondo, en la fachada de uno de los hoteles, etc., siempre y cuando forme parte de la composición inicial de la foto, sin manipulación posterior. No se admitirán fotografías manipuladas digitalmente. En cada foto se podrá adjuntar una frase a modo de título de la fotografía. 5. Las personas participantes en el concurso garantizarán, por la sola participación en él, la autoría de las obras presentadas, así como el carácter original e inédito de éstas. Los participantes aceptarán la cesión de los derechos de reproducción no exclusivos sobre ellas, de forma que SH HOTELES pueda utilizarlas en su exposición pública en la web y redes sociales, así como en la promoción de sus productos. 6. Las fotos deberán ser enviadas por alguna de las siguientes vías: •

correo electrónico a la dirección: singularpeople@sh-­‐hoteles.com , durante el periodo que dura el concurso, para su aprobación y posterior subida al álbum de fotos de la página de Facebook de SH Hoteles www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels , creado específicamente para ello. En el correo deberá incluirse nombre completo, correo electrónico y en el asunto: Concurso Singular People. Whatsapp al número de teléfono: (+34) 627 563212, durante el periodo que dura el concurso, para su aprobación y posterior subida al álbum de fotos de la página de Facebook de SH Hoteles www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels , creado específicamente para ello. Facebook: Se podrá subir fotos a la página de Facebook, aunque después, estas fotos se subirán al álbum de “Singular Places for Singular People Contest” por parte del equipo de SH HOTELES y será esa fotografía, y los “Me gusta” que obtenga, la que será válida para el concurso y no la que subió la/el clienta/e. 7. Se permite el retoque de las fotografías, siempre que sea para aplicar filtros globales que mejoren su calidad (brillo, tono, contraste,...). No está permitido, sin embargo, aplicar operadores globales para añadir o eliminar elementos, mezclar varias fotos o modificar su composición original. 8. Los premios, que NO son reembolsables por su valor económico, consistirá en: 1r premio: •
Una estancia para un máximo de 2 adultos y 2 niños de 3 días en régimen de Media Pensión ( Desayuno y Cena en el hotel ) en uno de nuestros hoteles a elección del ganador. •
Una estancia para un máximo de 2 adultos y 2 niños de 2 días en régimen de Media Pensión ( Desayuno y Cena en el hotel ) en uno de nuestros hoteles a elección del ganador. •
Una estancia para un máximo de 2 adultos y 2 niños de 2 días en régimen de Alojamiento y Desayuno en uno de nuestros hoteles a elección del ganador. 2º premio: er 3 premio: Las estancias podrán disfrutarse del 1 de Octubre 2015 al 29 de abril 2016, a excepción de las siguientes fechas: 31 de Diciembre 2015 12, 13, 19 y 20 de febrero 2016 y del 24 al 28 de marzo de 2016 (todos los hoteles) y del 1 AL 6 de Febrero 2016 y del 14 al 19 de Marzo 2016 (hoteles de Valencia). Siempre sujeto a disponibilidad del hotel. En caso de empate entre fotografías se extenderá el periodo de votación un día laborable más (hasta el 01 de Octubre a las 12:00h). 9. Los ganadores serán anunciados en la web de SH HOTELES www.sh-­‐hoteles.com tras hacerse público el recuento de los votos “me gusta”. Se contactará personalmente con el autor premiado por correo electrónico o mensaje privado de Facebook. Si dicha persona no responde en un plazo de 30 días desde la fecha de notificación del premio, el concurso será declarado desierto. Para poder optar al concurso, es indispensable ser Fan/Seguidor de la página de Facebook de SH HOTELES: www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels 10. El concursante acepta que los datos personales que facilite sean incorporados al fichero automatizado de SH HOTELES (Marenostrum Management) y pasen a ser gestionados por esta entidad. Igualmente, cualquier participante podrá ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición dirigiéndose al correo electrónico singularpeople@sh-­‐hoteles.com o bien a la dirección c/ de la Paz 28, 5ª -­‐ 46003 (Valencia). 2. Images could be sent between the 1 June 2015 at 12:00h PM and the 30 September 2015 at 12:00h PM. The period for receiving “Likes” it´s the same. Images will be added to the album “Singular Places for Singular People Contest” that could be found at: www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels . 3. Each person could participate with a maximum of two images in JPEG format. A minimum resolution of 300 pp (2362x1772 pix) is recommended. If necessary, images could be sent in compacted format zip or rar. The maximum size accepted is 5 Mb. 4. The Logo of SH Hotels should appear In the pictures, whether painted, photocopied, printed, as background, on the facade of one of the hotels, etc., as long as part of the initial composition of the picture, without further manipulation and a sentence could be joined to explain it. No digitally manipulated photographs will be accepted. 5. The participants in the contest shall, by the participation in it, the authorship of the works presented, and the nature of these original and unpublished. Participants accept the assignment of nonexclusive copyright on them, so that SH HOTELS can use in public display on the web and social networks, as well as in promoting their products. 6. would be these image added to the album the valid for the contest, and not the one shared by the guest. 7. Retouching of the images is allowed if using global filters for improving its quality (brightness, hue, contrast, etc...). It is not allowed, however, apply global operators to add or delete items, mix multiple photos or change their original composition. 8. In case of tie for two or more images, the vote period shall be extended one more day (until 1st October at 12:00h PM). 9. Winners will be announced in the SH HOTELS´ web www.sh-­‐hoteles.com after re-­‐count the number of “Likes” each image will have. We will contact directly the winner by email or private Facebook message. If the winner won´t answer before 30 days until the contact-­‐day, the contest shall be declared not valid. To be eligible for the contest, is required being Fan (have clicked on “Like”) of the SH Hotels Facebook Fan Page: www.facebook.com/ShSingularHotels 10. The contest participant accepts that the personal information gave shall be added to the SH HOTELES (Marenostrum Management) files and could be used for this company. Alike, any participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to his information by email singularpeople@sh-­‐hoteles.com or to the address c/ de la Paz 28, 5ª -­‐ 46003 (Valencia).
