Some examples are: § historical events, festivities and artists in the Spanish-speaking world § geography and culture of Spain, the Caribbean, Mexico, & Central America, the Andean region, and the southern Cone § differences in social expectations and cultural values § unique cultural perspectives from the Spanish-speaking world Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) As a means of assessing for success in this course, the student will focus upon the following objectives: 1.
