Equipo de Reacción Rápida Activada por el Paciente o su Familia
en el
Prince George’s Hospital Center
Marque 84444 en un teléfono del hospital si pasa alguna
de las siguientes cosas:
Usted nota un cambio urgente de la condición del paciente y no está
disponible ningún miembro del equipo de atención médica del hospital.
Usted nota un cambio de la condición del paciente y no cree que sepa
de este cambio el equipo de atención médica del hospital.
Usted tiene preocupaciones serias sobre la salud del paciente y el
personal del hospital no las ha contestado o escuchado.
La persona que llama TIENE que dar la siguiente información a la
operadora:
Å Número de cuarto y cama
Å Razón por la llamada
Oirá usted un anuncio en el altavoz de la
operadora que dice “Rapid Response Team to Room___” - que
significa “Equipo de Reacción Rápida al Cuarto ___.”

You notice an emergent change in the condition of your loved one and a
member of the healthcare team is not readily available.
You are aware of a change in the condition of your loved one that you feel
the healthcare team is not aware of.
You have serious concerns regarding the health of your loved one that has
not been addressed or heard by a member of the healthcare team.
The caller MUST tell the Page Operator the following:
Å Room and bed number
Å Reason for your call
You will hear an announcement by the
Page Operator “Rapid Response Team
to Room___.”
