buildings in the District, including (i) instructional
and co-curricular spaces, including middle school
fine arts spaces, (ii) technology systems and
equipment, (iii) secondary fine arts equipment, (iv)
field improvements, (v) promotion of energy
efficiency and conservation, (vi) District operational
spaces to remove operations from campus sites,
and (vii) facility systems and site improvements
throughout the District (including roofing, heating,
ventilation, air conditioning, surfaces, fire detection,
safety, security, traffic, parking and other systems),
and the purchase of new school buses, and the
levying of the tax in payment thereof.
