INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
GENERAL INFORMATION
El ISO-Check controla mente el valor de resistencia de
aislamiento entre los conductores activos y la tierra para
redes de corriente alterna IT hasta 440V AC.
ISO-Check performs a continuous monitoring of the
insulation resistance value between active conductors and
the earthing system for IT AC networks up to 440V AC.
FUNCIONES
FUNCTIONS
Insulation monitoring for unearthed IT AC networks.
In case this resistance falls below selected threshold, frontal
visual indication is activated and the alarm relay switches
the dry contact.
Frontal regulation of threshold value between 50 an 300 kΩ
(50 kΩ steps).
It incorporates a sealable cover to avoid manipulation of
settings.

Vigilancia permanente del aislamiento para redes de
corriente alterna IT.
En caso de que el valor de esta resistencia se sitúe por
debajo del umbral regulado, se activa una indicación
visual en el frontal y el relé de alarma conmuta el contacto
libre de potencial.
Umbral de actuación es regulable de 50 a 300 kΩ
(escalones de 50 kΩ) mediante un potenciómetro en el
frontal del equipo. Incorpora una tapa precintable que
impide la manipulación del equipo.

Activación exterior:
El ISO-Check incorpora una entrada de señal remota para
provocar su actuación mediante un elemento externo.
External activation:
ISO-Check incorporates a remote signal input which
provoques its activation through an external device.
Test de comprobación de funcionamiento:
El test se puede realizar sin necesidad de desprecintar la
tapa.
Test 1. El botón de test “T” simula una error de
aislamiento y comprueba la detección y actuación del ISOCheck.
Test 2. El botón de test “R” simula la activación exterior
comprobando la correcta recepción de la señal y la
actuación del equipo.
Después de la realización de los test, el sistema vuelve a
hacer lecturas de forma normal.
Functional test:

be done without unseal the cover.
Test 1. The button “T” simulates an isulation error, so It
checks the controller and the visual alarm and dry contact.

Test 2. The button “R” simulates the external input, so it
checks the detection of the input and the dry contact.
After any test, ISO-Check keeps controlling the insulation of
the installation.

INSTALACIÓN
NSTALLATION
ISO-Check es un vigilante de aislamiento en formato carril
DIN que puede ser fácilmente instalado en todo tipo de
cuadros eléctricos. La conexión se ha de realizar mediante
los esquemas de la figura 2.
ISO-Check is a insulation monitoring device (DIN rail
mounted), therefore It can be easily installed in any type of
electrical switchboard. To connect correctly, do follow the
instructions of figure 2.
El equipo dispone de 8 bornas numeradas:
Bornas 1-2: Alimentación auxiliar, 230V AC.
Bornas 3-4:Circuito a comprobar, conductor activo y (PE).
Bornas 5-6-7:NC,COM,NA del contacto libre de potencial
Borna 8: Entrada para activación mediante señal exterior.
The equipments disposes of 8 terminal connections:
Terminal 1-2: Auxiliar power supply, 230V AC.
Terminal 3-4: Installation to check, active conductor and PE.
Terminal 5-6-7: Dry contact, NC, COM and NO respectively.
Terminal 8: External activation input.
