REGLAMENTO GENERAL / GENERAL REGULATION
1. Contract
The exhibitor agrees to abide by all
rules and regulations adopted by
Francal Feiras and agrees the
Organizers has the final decision in
adopting any rule deemed necessary
prior to, during and after the show.
2. Cancellation
This contract may only be cancelled if
notice, in writing, is received by
Francal Feiras. All deposits received
up to the date of notice of
cancellation are non-refundable. Is
notice of cancellation is submitted
within 120 days or less prior to the
first day of the show, the exhibitor is
liable for full payment of his space
rental under this contract.
3.Beyond Control Circumstances
In the event that the facility in which
the show is to be held is destroyed or
becomes unavailable for occupancy,
for reasons beyond the control of the
organizers, Francal will not be
responsible for any loss of business,
profits, damage or expense of
whatever nature that the exhibitor
may suffer.
The Organizers reserve the right to
postpone the show, move the venue
and change the dates to guarantee
the organization of the show.
4. Booth Sharing
No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or
share any part of their space unless
assignee has a partnership or joint
venture with, or is a subsidiary of the
contract holder and said assignee is
an integral part of the product
presentation.
5. Exhibit Standards
Show Management shall have the
right to prohibit any exhibit, or part
thereof, which in their opinion is not
suitable to or in keeping with the
character or purpose of the
Exposition.
Show
Management
reserves the right to remove from the
Exposition materials, advertising or
literature which they feel are not
compatible to the show purposes and
could damage the image and
organization of the event.
6. Customs Procedure
The exhibitors are advised to hire the
services of a Freight Forwarder and
Customs Brokers in order to fulfill all
obligations imposed by the Brazilian
Customs. The deadline to send the
samples to an exhibition in Brazil is
45 days before the show. We do not
recommend the exhibitor to hand
carry his goods as luggage.
The companies have the right to
hire the services of any customs
brokers.
7. Spaces Redistribution
At any time, for the best interest of
the Event, FRANCAL may modify
the aisles, halls and location of
stands, while still honoring the
dimensions and characteristics
established by contract.
8.Service Contractor /Decorator
All exhibitors are responsible for
hiring
the
services
of
a
Contractor/Decorator. The Official
Service Contractor is ready to
provide all services required such
as
furnishings,
accessories,
electrical
power,
sign
and
dismantle. It is obligatory the
construction of at least a basic
booth structure fort the participation
in the show.
9. Electricity
The power limit for each exhibitor is
0,090 KVA/SQM. The companies
which need more than this power
should request to Francal. The
additional electricity will be charged
at the move-in.
10. Payment Overdue
Exhibitors with payments overdue
must settle immediately their
financial obligations with Francal, in
order to have their area released
for stand construction.
11. Removal of Exhibits
The exhibitor agrees no display will
be dismantled or goods removed
during the entire run of the show,
but will remain intact until the end
of the final closing hour of the last
show day.
12.Exhibitor´s Property
All of the exhibitor´s property at the
show shall be at the sole risk of the
exhibitor and Francal Feiras
assumes no responsibility for loss
or damage thereto.
13. Commitment
The exhibitor should comply and
make comply the rules, procedure
and general information of the
General Regulation and Exhibitor’s
Manual, respect and make respect
the limits of his and other booths
and
the
decisions
and
communications of the Sponsor or
Organizer.

El expositor concorda con todas las
reglas y reglamento adoptado por la
Francal Feiras, así como su derecho
a arbitrar sobre cualquier regla antes,
durante y después de la feria.
3.Cancelación
Este contracto solo podrá ser
cancelado se notificado por escrito a
Francal Feiras. En caso de
cancelación, no habrá restitución de
los pagos, además en el caso de que
la cancelación sea confirmada a 120
días o menos del inicio de la feria no
se exime al expositor de abonar el
saldo pendiente.
4.Causa de Fuerza Mayor
En el caso de que el local del evento
sea destruido o imposibilitado de ser
ocupado por razones de fuerza
mayor, la Organización no será
responsable por ninguna pérdida de
negocios, lucro, perjuicio o gastos de
cualquier origen.
El Organizador aún se reserva el
derecho de, en este caso, adelantar
la feria, cambiar el local de
realización y las fechas para
garantizar la realización del evento.
5. División del Stand
El expositor no podrá transferir,
totalmente y/o parcialmente, sus
derechos
o
responsabilidades
asumidas con FRANCAL, o alquilar
su espacio a terceros, con excepción
en el caso de empresas subsidiarias.
6. Padrones de Exposición
La Administración tiene el derecho de
prohibir cualquier producto o parte, lo
cual, su opinión no es adecuado con
los objetivos de la feria y no siguen
padrones de calidad y origen y que
puedan perjudicar la imagen del
evento.
8.Servicio de Montaje
Todos los expositores son responsables por
contratar los servicios de una Montadora de
Stand. La Montadora oficial podrá ofrecer
toda estructura de muebles, decoración,
electricidad, imagen. Es obligatório la
construcción, al menos, de una estructura
básica para la participación en la feria.
9.Electricidad
La potencia limite para cada expositor es
0.090 KVA’S / m². Las empresas que
necesitaren más potencia deberán solicitar a
FRANCAL. La energía adicional será cobrada
durante el montaje.
10.Atraso del Pago
Los expositores deberán realizar los pagos en
los plazos previstos, a fin de tener su espacio
liberado para montaje.
11. Remoción de los Productos
El expositor concorda en mantener sus
productos durante todo el evento hasta el
horario de encerramiento del último día.
12. Artículos del Expositor
Todos los artículos y productos del expositor
son de su total responsabilidad. Los
Organizadores
no
asumen
ninguna
responsabilidad por pérdida o danos.
13. Aceptación del Reglamento
Al presentar su solicitud de espacio, los
expositores aceptan este Reglamento, que se
comprometen a respectar, así como las
decisiones y comunicaciones del Organizador.
14.Litigios y Tribunal Competente
En el caso de litigio debido a hechos
relacionados al evento, la legislación aplicable
será brasileña y la competencia y jurisdicción
será la de los Juzgados y Tribunales de la
Ciudad de São Paulo, con expresa renuncia a
ninguna otra.
7.Despacho de Muestras
Los expositores deberán contratar un
Despachante de Aduana a fin de
cumplir con todas las obligaciones
establecidas por la Aduana Brasileña.
La fecha límite para remesa de
mercadería son 40 días antes de la
feria. No recomendamos traer las
mercancías con el equipaje.
7. Redistribución de Espacios
FRANCAL se reserva el derecho de
modificar, cuando lo considere
conveniente, los pasillos, sectores
y/o ubicación de los stands,
respectando las dimensiones y
características establecidas en el
