Prep - Grandparent´s Day

Dear Parents,
We are looking forward to welcoming the grandparents of Prep children on Thursday 18th June
according to the following schedule:
Prep C and Prep G from 10.30 to 11.30.
Prep P and Prep Z from 14.30 to 15.30.
Please be aware that, in accordance with the lunchtime policy (Lunch Policy) the School will not
release children into the care of anyone other than their parents (Mum or Dad).

Con motivo del Día del Abuelo, esperamos contar con todos los abuelos de los alumnos de Prep
para brindarles una cálida bienvenida. La actividad tendrá lugar el jueves 18 de junio de acuerdo
al siguiente detalle:
Prep C y Prep G de 1030 a 1130
Prep P y Prep Z de 1430 a 1530
Solicitamos tener en cuenta que de acuerdo a la nueva política en lo referente a la hora del
almuerzo (Lunch Policy), los niños podrán ser retirados del Colegio solamente por parte de sus
padres (madre o padre).
