NORMAS REGULADORAS PARA LAS REPRODUCCIONES DE
FOTOGRAFÍAS.

El derecho de reproducción sólo es válido para una sóla vez y
para la editorial y la lengua propuestas en la solicitud.
No utilizar flash, trípode o iluminación adicional sin autorización expresa.
No interrumpir la visita pública.
Abonar las cantidades que el Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife determine, si
durante su trabajo se produjera deterioro, con renuncia expresa a fuero o
jurisdicción propia.
Reservar los derechos Copy-Right al Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife y a hacer
constar “FOTOGRAFIA CEDIDA Y/O AUTORIZADA POR EL PATRONATO DE LA
ALHAMBRA Y GENERALIFE” en la ficha técnica de la Edición, ó al pie de la fotografía
impresa.
Pagar las cantidades que se determinen en concepto de Autorización, Gastos y
Derechos de Reproducción, dando estos derechos a una sola edición e idioma, siendo
precisar abonar nuevamente estos en sucesivas renovaciones. El plazo de utilización
de los derechos de reproducción autorizados por el Patronato de la Alhambra y
Generalife se agota a los dos años. Dichos derechos de reproducción serán
solicitados a esta entidad independientemente de que la fotografía haya sido cedida
por este Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife o por cualquier otro Organismo o
persona física. Queda prohibida la reproducción o publicación de las copias
facilitadas total o parcialmente sin autorización por escrito del Patronato de
la Alhambra y Generalife;
Enviar al Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife copia del material fotografiado, y dos
ejemplares de la edición impresa, previamente a su difusión o comercialización.
LLas impresiones y transparencias no podrán ser duplicadas o transferidad a terceras
personas.
El Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife no concede derechos exclusivos de
reproducción a ninguna editorial,autor o fotógrafo, y no asume
ninguna
responsabilidad con terceros.
REGULATION GOVERNING REPRODUCTION PRIVILEGES:

Fees include reproduction rights for one-time,inside editorial,one languaje use only.
Not to use a flash, tripod or additional light without specific authorization;
Not to interrupt the public visit.
To pay the compensations fixed by the Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife if there
is a deterioration during the work and to submit yourself to the Spanish legislation.
To reserve the Copyright to the Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife . Credit line
should read « PHOTOGRAPHY YIELDED OR/AND AUTHORIZED BY THE PATRONATO
OF ALHAMBRA AND GENERALIFE » or “Courtesy of The Patronato de la Alhambra y
el Generalife”in the specifications of the edition or in the bottom of the photography.
To pay the quantities/fees determined for the authorization, the expenses and
reproduction rights and, in the event of successive renewals, to regulate them again.
These rights are valid only for one edition and language. The time of use of the
reproduction rights conceded by the Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife is fixed at
two years. These reproduction rights will be requested to this Entity regardless of the
fact that the photography was yielded by this Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife
or by any other organization or individual. The reproduction or partial or total
publication of the copies facilitated without written authorization of the
Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife is prohibited.

To transmit to the Patronato of Alhambra and Generalife a copy of the material
photographed and two specimens / complementary copies of the printed publication,
before its diffusion or marketing.

Prints and transparencies may not be duplicated or tranferred to third parties.

The Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife gives no exclusive rights to any
Publisher,Author or Photographer and assumes no responsibility for duplication of
subjects by others or any responsability for claims by third parties.
