Cayuela como Gerente General de The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun.
Con más de 30 años de experiencia en la industria de la hospitalidad en México, Europa, Estados Unidos,
Asia y América Latina, el señor Cayuela llega a The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun desde las Islas Canarias en
donde desempeñó la misma function durante los últimos 12 años en The Ritz-Carlton, Abama. Previo a
ello tuvo la oportunidad de ocupar diversos roles de liderazgo en hoteles de la compañía por todo el
mundo, así como en otras marcas reconocidas como Fairmont Hotels, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts,
Fiesta Americana Grand y Sol Melia.

A hospitality veteran with more than 30 years of experience throughout Mexico, Europe, the United
States, Asia-Pacific and Latin America, Mr. Cayuela joins The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, from The RitzCarlton, Abama in Spain’s Canary Islands, where he had served as general manager since 2012.
Throughout his esteemed career, he has distinguished himself in numerous leadership roles with The RitzCarlton around the world, as well as Fairmont Hotels, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Fiesta Americana
and Sol Melia.
Growing up in an international environment and a true global citizen, Mr. Cayuela is a graduate of the
Hotel School of Barcelona and fluent in five languages.
