2016 CARPY GANG FOOTBALL AND CHEER
For 80 years Carpy Gang Football has been teaching kids the life skills of teamwork,
sacrifice, sportsmanship and character that will last a lifetime.
2016 marks a new chapter for Carpy Gang.
* Joining the Mendocino-Lake Empire Junior Football and Cheer League
* Return to a three-team football program:
• Pee-Wees: 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. 10 and under. Max weight 90lbs
• Junior Varsity: 5th and 6th grade. 12 and under. Max weight 120lbs
• Varsity: 7th and 8th grade. 14 and under. Max weight 155lbs
* Addition of a cheerleading program. Ages 5 – 14, same division of teams by grade level.
* New safety measures using the most recent technology and equipment.
* All coaches certified by USA Football – Heads Up Football and first aid.
* Openings in our coaching staff. We are looking for volunteers for both our Football
and Cheer programs.
* Practices start Aug. 1. Games run through the end of October.

2016 CARPY GANG FUTBÓL AMERICANO Y PORRA
En los 80 años pasados, Carpy Gang fútbol americano ha enseñado a los niños la disciplina y el espíritu deportivo mientras fortizando el desarrollo del carácter. El año 2016
marca un nuevo capítulo para el equipo de Carpy Gang.
* Uniendose con la Liga de Mendocino-Lake Empire Junior Fútbol y Cheer
* Regresando a un programa de fútbol americano de tres equipos:
• Pee-Wees: grados 2º, 3º y 4º. 10 años de edad ó menos. Maximo peso de 90 libras
• Junior Varsity: grados 5º y 6º . 12 años de edad ó menos. Maximo peso de 120 libras
• Varsity: grados 7 y 8. 14 años de edad ó menos. Maximo peso de 155 libras
* Adición de un programa de porristas. Edades de 5-14.
* Nuevas medidas de seguridad utilizando la más reciente tecnología y equipo.
* Todos los entrenadores certificados por la organizació Fútbol Americano de los
Estados Unidos–Heads Up Football y primeros auxilios.
* Oportunidades para entrenadores. Estamos buscando voluntarios para nuestros
programas de fútbol americano y la porra.
* Las prácticas empiezan el 1 de agosto. Juegos corren hasta el fin de octubre.
