jurisdiction of the West New York Rent Control Ordinance. Pursuant to ordinance
§312-28, you are required to register the rents for your building with the Rent
Control Board every year.
Under ordinance §312-23, failure to comply with annual registration
requirements will result in a summons and is punishable by a fine of $500.00 for
each apartment per year.
If you have not complied with this law, you must file the proper rent
registration forms no later than September 1, 2012. Contact the Rent Control
Board Secretary in order to obtain the appropriate forms necessary to register your
building.

Estimado Propietario:
Nuestros registros indican que usted es el propietario de un edificio que cae
dentro de la jurisdicción de la Ordenanza del Control de Rentas del pueblo de West
New York. Conforme a la Ordenanza § 312-28, es la obligación del propietario a
registrar las rentas de su edificio/propiedad con la Junta de Control de Rentas todos
los años.
En virtud de la Ordenanza § 312-23, el incumplimiento de los requisitos de
registro anuales dará lugar a una citación y se disciplinará con una multa de
$500.00 por cada apartamento por cada año.
Si usted no ha cumplido con esta ley, debe registrar el formulario de renta
debida a más tardar del primero de Septiembre 2012. Póngase en contacto con la
Secretaria de la junta de Control de Rentas con el fin de obtener los formularios
necesarios y apropiados para registrar el edificio.
